No. DecorCraze does not charge any other fees for sponsorship.
Yes. DecorCraze provides the insurance to every agent on every transaction that they conduct at no additional cost.
DecorCraze is primarily an online brokerage firm. We do not have traditional brick and mortar office costs such as rent, utilities, and maintenance. Therefore, we pass on the overhead cost savings to our Agents allowing them to make more money on every transaction.
Very simple. Just complete an application using the menu link “Become an Agent” and DecorCraze takes care of the rest.
Upon submittal of the sponsorship application and approval of DecorCraze’s independent contractor agreement, the transfer takes 1-2 hours only.
After the execution of any contract, complete a commission distribution authorization form via decorcraze.com/cda to be paid directly at closing by the title company.
